About Juan
Juan Antonio Cerrillo is the fourth son of seven brothers, of whom, five were in the leather industry.
A native of Guadalajara, Mexico, he was an integral part of his family owned leather garment manufacturing company in the United States, that has been in existence for more than 30 years. His influences go back to his father, who was a shoemaker, and his eldest brother, who began as a leather cutter. In his early twenties, Juan Antonio joined his older brothers and father to run their family owned leather garment manufacturing factory and eventually became head of production. In 2009, Juan Antonio branched out on his own to pursue his passion of designing bags and accessories. He currently resides in San Diego, California, with his family.

Whether his bags are worn in an urban or in a western setting, his style transcends time and passing trends.
Our Craftsmanship
All of Juan Antonio’s bags and accessories are hand crafted.
The embellishments such as the lacing, braiding, appliqués, inlays, and studding are hand applied. His tooled bags and accessories are hand tooled by skilled craftsmen. Extra attention is given to yield a clean finish and produce a product of excellent quality and integrity.
